I am a level 2 qualified fitness instructor and level one qualified Boxing coach. I am also a first aider.
I like to use a variety of techniques all based around boxing and fitness, although I also do a bit of Yoga.
I like to help you achieve your fitness goals through motivation and consistent support with individual targeted goals. In my sessions, you can expect blood, sweat, tears and a bit of laughter.
I have a passion for supporting young people in my community, so when I found out about Carney’s I immediately got involved.
